Help please! Ecclissi chronograph watch setting...

I fell like a real dummy here. I got the Ecclissi on Creed day and can't figure out how to set the small round dials on the face. I pulled out the center stem and set the time and then the date, but can't figure out how to do the two dials that are positioned near the 10 (chronograph minute hand) and the 2 (24 hour hand). The second hand that is near the 6 worked as soon as I pressed the center stem in. The instructions that came with the watch don't explain it well enough and I even tried a couple of google searches that must be beyond me. Can anyone who already owns this watch help me out? ~~Thanks in advance ~~

BTW ~ QVC has on-line instructions for setting the chronograph thing for this particular watch, but I just don't understand them. {#emotions_dlg.blink}
