Help on 2 questions

I am looking for a magnetic clasp/fastener that you slide a pin/brooch in so you don't mess up your blouses or coats. I thought they sold such an item but cannot find anything like it. Does anyone know what I'm talking about or the name of it?

My 2nd question is what is the best product to use if your ring is too big and can't be sized? I've tried those plastic tubes with slits in them but not impressed.

JUST NEEDING SOME ADVICE. THNX
