Help With Ecclissi Changeable watch

Hello ; I hope one of you Ecclissi watch lovers can help. I purchased an Ecclissi watch on the bay. While it came with a red leather band; I already owed (thru friend) several matching bands.

This watch has a round facec and the changeable bands have two ball shapes on each end. I only got the watch and seller did not have original packaging.

Watch is in excellent condition; I like the red band, but would love to change it since I have the others. I am not sure how to do so. This watch has narrow leather straps. I believe one would have to lift the face or the part that attaches the band.

Anyone know? I would appreciate any help; trying not to break the watch (lol).
