Help With Diamonique Warantee

I have a diamonique tennis bracelet that I bought many (do not know how many lol) years ago.  I have worn it perhaps 5 times total.  The other day I wore it and the clasp just snapped off.  I understand there is a lifetime warantee but customer service had no idea how or where it could be returned when I called.  I also can not find item number or receipt even after looking on my online orders.  Any idea of who or where I might send a photo of it to to try to get item number?  I just do not save receipts that are older than 5 years and never anticipated a problem.  Thanks for any advice on this!!

Thanks for sending that.  I DID contact Customer Service and the rep had no idea about the process.   I asked if it was just the stones and he said it probably covers workmanship as well.  Frustrating... I do appreciate the clip you sent!

Re: Help With Diamonique Warantee

Certainly someone in CS should have been able to provide Diamonique warranty information.  You must have gotten a neophyte.

It sounds like the warranty just covers the stone itself, not the metal components.  I've had so many such bracelets snap in half that I've lost count but I never tried to have them covered under the warranty.  The way they're made, they are wise not to warrant the metal parts.
