Help. My "The Cuff" bracelet fell off my arm and two dmq stones fell out need advice.

I found the small stones and put them in a baggie right away. Should I take it to my regular jeweler or is there somewhere where QVC has a 'repair shop' for JR's stuff. Please advise.
