Where do you mail one of Heidi's bracelets for repair that is missing a crystal?

Did you contact HSN? That would be my first guess since she presents there.

I can tell you what I did for some vintage Dior. I measured the crystal and I looked on Ebay for a similar one in bulk. My crystal was obviously Montana Blue (they come in typical colors and you can probably look at yours and see if you can find one like it.) Then you look at the shape (round, baguette, marquise, etc) and then the size in mm. Glue in the new one with epoxy or superglue and use a tweezers (forceps) if you can to drop it in place. The crystals are generally available so you should be able to find a match.

Heidi has great customer service. I sent a ring to have a crystal replaced and I had it back in less than a week.
