I decided to buy a Seidengang ring that I have been looking at forever. Earlier today it was available in both a 6 and a 7. When I went in to purchase it (as a birthday gift for me from my DH ) the size 6 was gone!! I decided to go ahead and get the 7 but I'm sure it is going to be a little too big. Uggh....I don't know why I always have to think about things so long...sometimes I wish I was way more impulsive. Has anyone been successful in sizing a sterling ring? I live in a big city so finding a good jeweler shouldn't be a problem and after pricing some David Yurman rings in a similar style I don't even mind paying to have the sizing done. Do you think I made a foolish purchase??
