Has Anyone Had Problems with the Latch on the Ice Cube Bracelet ???

Hello...

Has anyone else had problems with the little bar that fastens underneath the Ice Cube bracelet. I had to return mine...as the little bar got so loose and dangly...it was ready to break off. I am not hard on jewelry at all. I love that bracelet and I'm now on the waitlist for a new one. I was wondering if anyone else had trouble with the litle safetly latch bar underneath the bracelet ? I sure wish they would get them back in so I could get a replacement. I was so upset when I had to return it. I did read another review where one lady lost hers due to the latch problem. My safety bar became very loose and dangly and just about ready to come off. Has anyone else had this problem ?
