Had to return diamonique earrings for repair

Did an online chat with CS and they are sending me the paperwork - no problem at all. It does take a while to get them back though. I believe she said 3 to 4 weeks.

Seems simple so far.   Check back when you get your new earrings.  I know you'll be happy to wear them again soon.

I had no idea QVC offered a way to repair diamonique. Great to know. I lost a post on an earring which is a treasured favorite. I would be happy to pay a modest sum for a replacement.
