HSN's ordering process STINKS!!

Last night I was in the middle of ordering something from HSN. Item was very much available when I put it in my cart (it was being shown live on TV at the time and my estimated delivery was next week!). I was inputting my information (member #, etc...) and then the next screen came up to type my CC info. I got up (all of 1 minute) to go in the other room to grab my CC and when I sat back down at the computer to type it in, everything looked fine. Took me to the final step of the ordering process and now it tells me my item is on waitlist and asked if I wanted to WAIT FOR IT?!?!!

What the heck is up with THAT?? I was so angry, I deleted the item from my cart and said I didn't need it. I haven't shopped with them in a very long time and now I know why! Not only do I think most of their items are of inferior quality, their ordering is for the birds!! Bright side of the story it was probably money saved for me!

At least with Q, once you have something in your cart, it is yours until either the system dumps it out of your cart if you're inactive for 45 min. or you remove it yourself. Not once have I ever experienced with QVC if I have something in my cart, it goes to waitlist in the MIDDLE OF CHECKING OUT!!!

QVC has it all over HSN (in my opinion) from their Customer Service, their products, etc...!
