HELP identifying an OLD DMQ ring

I was hoping a Diamonique lover could help me identify an older ring.  I believe it is 10-15 years old and I'm pretty sure it was a TSV.  It is 14K yellow gold, a multistone, multirow ring.  There are 5 rows, rows 1, 3, & 5 have 9 stones and rows 2 & 4 have 8 stones.  The stones are tiny.

I seldom wear the ring but recently did and lost 4 stones.  I do not have a receipt which I would need for replacement.  My order history gores to 2008 and I know it was purchased before then.

I thank you in advance for your help.

Thank you but they already tried to find the order number but had no luck researching old orders.  I was hoping  someone here would remember the ring.

Doesn't Diamonique have a life time guarantee...for replacement stones....do you need a receipt to send it in for repair..

I sent in one of my Diamonique bracelets and they repaired it for me...but i don't remember if i had the receipt...it was long ago...

Good luck finding it...

I procrastinate terribly cleaning up my emails, any chance you might have the emailed order confirmation still?

Re: HELP identifying an OLD DMQ ring

Chances are the ring says DMQ somewhere on the inside.  Ask CS for the repair address and send them the ring.  As long as it's DMQ, it's theirs, and they should repair it regardless of anyone knowing the item number.

Let them put up or shut up.

Re: HELP identifying an OLD DMQ ring

Thank you for your responses.  Unfortunately I purchased this ring at least 10 years ago so there is no way I'd still have the confirmation email.  DMQ will only repair a ring if you have the QVC receipt.  Without it they'd have no way of knowing whether or not it was purchased from a secondary seller like ebay.

I guess it's a lost cause.  I'm certain I paid less than $200 and the gold in it is substantial.  I could try to have a local jeweler replaced the missing stones or sell it the next time I get some unworn and unloved gold jewelry together.

Again thanks for your help.

Re: HELP identifying an OLD DMQ ring

I have a Diamonique ring I bought about 20 years ago. When the main stone clouded--this was about five years ago--I called customer service and they said they would be able to dig up my old order from microfilm storage. I had to make a request in writing, tell them approximately the year of the order, and my member number.

I never followed through. The reason is that CS told me that they would not repair the ring or replace the cloudy stone, but rather send me as close a substitute as they could find in their current inventory of DMZ rings. Wasn't interested in that. My old DMZ ring is a substantial ring of solid gold. I'm sure nothing they have comes even close.

I've considered taking the ring to a jeweler to have the CZ replaced, or maybe replaced with a gemstone.

Re: HELP identifying an OLD DMQ ring

I would shop around for repair quotes.  CZ are very inexpensive.  Most 14k diamonique rings are not heavy cast settings even if they are old models.  Unless you have a handful, don't expect a large payout at cash for gold.

It it's dmq it's dmq- the warranty should still hold even if you did [potentially] buy it off ebay! They're just giving you the runaround... Woman Sad
