WHOSE VINTAGE MAKERS MARK IS THIS THANKS

FP CHINA

ALSO DOES ANYONE HAVE A LIST OF MAKERS MARKS I CAN GET OLD ONES 

ALSO THIS WAS EITHER QVC OR HSN MARK FROM EARLY ON  THANKS 

I HAVE BEAUTIFUL LARIAT CRYSTAL 925 NECKLACE HAS THIS ON IT

"FP" means it's hollow and then filled with silicone. That's a stamp which shows technique and not who actually made it.
