Gucci watch question.

I just found a Gucci bangle watch with changeable bezels that I stopped wearing years ago because it was SO annoying to get the battery changed. Does anyone know if these batteries can be changed now at a regular battery store? I don't even know of a Gucci store anywhere in our area any more. Anyone?
