This past Friday morning I put on J156478, the Hematite Doublet ring.
Later in the morning, I noticed that the small Diamonique stone in one of the heart prongs was gone. I don't know when it fell out.
Over the weekend, I called CS and told them what happened. CS said since the ring was still in stock, I could just return it and get a replacement.
On Monday, I mailed it back to QVC. The ring was delivered to QVC on Wednesday and by Thursday (today) the replacement ring was on its way to me. Pretty quick IMHO.
I think that is great service.
Also, I bought my first piece of JR jewelry from QVC in 2005 and I have a nice size collection. This is the first piece I ever had a problem with and I am totally satisfied with the service I received from QVC on this replacement.
I know some ladies have had some dissatisfaction with QVC CS, but my experience with this item has been excellent, so there is hope.
