Great Customer Service ShopNBC!!!!

Was just going through the lineup for the next Gems En Vogue show tonight and noticed that the 10 carat Maderia Citrine ring that I paid just under 600 dollars for will be shown tonight for 466.94. I called customer service to ask if I could get a price adustment on my easy pay for it and didn't think I could because I had one day left on the 30 days ago I ordered it.

The customer service rep didn't even hesitate to give me the new sale price and adjust my easy pays. Talk about great customer service. Thank you shopnbc..{#emotions_dlg.thumbup}
