Got my Ripka goodies , but also an empty box !!!!

Hi Ladies, I got most of my Ripka goodies as I ordered everything I wanted on Thursday night when they became available online. Loving all the clad pieces, the thin clad cuffs are exquisite. Will review all items individually later. But I had to share this. I got an empty Ripka box !!! It should have had the sterling heart enhancer, but there was only the packaging, nothing inside! It has never happened to me before so I called CS right away and the lady I spoke to was very apologetic and gave me a refund since the enhancer is on waitlist . bummer ! I have the clad heart for now, will have to be happy with it.
