Got My Ripka 2 Pc. Wedding Set---Size is a Problem

I received J270962 - Judith Ripka Sterling 1.85ct DiamoniqueBridal Ring Set . The set is very pretty and believable! I ordered my usual, size 7, but when I wash my hands the rings want to slide off. I can't keep them because they are too loose. I can't decide if I should try for the size 6. I have found size 6 to be too small in other Ripka rings for me. Has anyone else exchanged this set for a size smaller than they usually wear and it worked out? Thanks!!!!
