Gold Redemption Service

Hi! I am sitting on a few pieces of broken gold jewelry that I never wear anymore. I was thinking of cashing it in - and am not very trusting of some of the companies out there. QVC mentions a company called "Gold Redemption." And they list some testimonials from QVC customers, but they don't give any names. So I was wondering if anyone has actually used the service and how well it worked? Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks! Happy Holidays!
