Assuming it's not not pearls or opals, Dawn dishwashing detergent works well on all other gem stones. After all, its degreasing powers cleaned up those ducklings to send them back into their habitat. Lol 😄

My mom always used soapy ammonia in water to clean her diamonds. Do not use any of this stuff except a cloth and Caribbean cleaner on turquoise or other opaque stones. My Caribbean cleaner always got moldy in the bottle after awhile.

@Kachina624. I think the Caribbean Cleaner has a lot of different oils in it. I tried it once in a small bottle and it went rancid after only 6 wks.
