I used to look forward to Gem Day...Beauty Days and shows too. Now it's the same old stuff and same vendors.

They've lost the best designers like Bixby, etc. I'm selling more than buying now, but it was enjoyable to watch.

Thank you. I sure miss the old days with more jewelry shows. Many designers/brands are now on JTV. Terrible customer service.

I agree completely. What happened to March 1, BBSD. Used to watch all 24 hrs and take the day off. Waited all year and bought 10 or more items . Beautiful silver, all silver with reasonable prices. It was like Christmas to me. Gem week is too expensive and all designer, no fun.

Most people can't afford this designer jewelry. Nice try. Show regular pieces that your customers can enjoy watching and buying.

Gem shopping has all the gems and diamonds you want.  Everything is natural.  No gems or diamonds that are synthetic.  Semiprecious, middle of the road or precious/exotic  gems. With or without diamonds.  Silver with Native American jewelry and all gems start at 14K.  No gold over silver.

I don't go for QVC gems.  The colors are weak. And color is everything in gems.

So coincidentally there was a Tanzanite TSV during the final Gem Week in 2008 before it got resurrected (during Lent!) this year. Does anyone have this one? Jane launched the TSV at Midnight on September 17, 2008.
