Gem Experts-Drusy Questions

My Ripka Drusy ring just shipped and I don't know anything about this stone. I was wondering what will happen if it gets wet when washing your hands and also are they color treated and does the dye run or fade when wet? How easily does this stone chip or crack? Thanks!!!!
