GOT MY PREHNITE ENHANCER

I received it yesterday, I have been wanting it for a long time. When I looked at it , it looks scratched, there are lines in it. I wiped it with a cloth thinking it was dirty, but they are in or underneath the stone, like matrix in some turquoise. Did anyone else have this problem with theirs, or is this normal for this stone? It does not look good. I ordered the new bracelet , hope its not the same with that. I guess I have to return it for another one, any thoughts?
