GOSSIP WATCH

Has anyone had a problem with the crystals falling out of their Gossip Watch J149949? This is a beautiful watch with the above exception. I am out of the 30 day window and do not know whether Gossip will be responsible for this problem. Please let me know if you have had this problem and what you did about it. Thanks.
