I ordered something back before Christmas that was offered with free shipping. I noticed that I was charged for shipping, so I contacted customer service. They responded that the item was only offered with free shipping on 12/12, so I am not eligible.
OK. Except the item *still* says free shipping, and my order detail clearly states "free shipping."
BAD customer service. AGAIN.
