He is 71 years old. I guess age doesn't bring wisdom for some.

I guess the jewelry business doesn't pay as much as it did back in the day.  He had to supplement his income some way.

OMG.  And here I thought he was poor after he lost QVC.  I sold his line for a jewelry wholesaler way back in the 80's.  It was one of our best performing lines and my boss had nothing but praise for Joe.  Then he popped up on QVC in the 90's and I bought many pieces.

I was always a fan of Joe's, but never bought any of his line. I feel badly that things did not go his way in his old age.
