@TennisCaptain You got a lot of really rude mean comments here. I am not surprised, as it's easy under the anonymous keyboard. 

There is nothing wrong with your post, or being proud of your wedding set. I especially love the engagement ring inside of the ring guard. It is beautiful.

@Kachina624, My thoughts, absolutely.  I have never understood why wearing a replica of expensive jewelry makes you safe.  A replica that could fool anyone, yeah, I guess it could.  Anything that has to be locked up in a bank would not give me joy.  Of course, if one were a royal, you would have your most precious goodies locked up in the Tower of London

for the world to admire.  And bodyguards with you when you wear it.

WOW! I'm so surprised by the mean posts. I never expected this kind of reaction. To say such spiteful things about my reasons for posting without even knowing me. How pathetic. Proof, once again, that this board has changed over the years and NOT for the better. 

I remember when a thread just like this was started a few years back. Everyone posted a picture of their rings; some told stories about their rings (I enjoyed reading them); others asked about what stones were in the settings (not everyone has a diamond or used diamonds in their ring guards). Nothing rude, catty or insulting.

What a difference this time
