[Hoping for the best]

Don't bother purchasing from this company  (if you are in a hurry for any of their products) as my April 17 TSV purchase took 9 days to ship. Sold on QVC but shipped from the vendor in NY. As of April 26, it is still a "no show" and "in transit". It  was initially  expected on April 22 f(after purchasing) for a birthday gift. and I only live 40 miles from the vendor (Fire Light) in NY.

I think if you do not receive it soon you can ask QVC to send a replacement.

@D Kay   ....and why I stopped ordering. I waited too long for items, shipping was so slow and CS never knew what was happening with the order. It was impossible to cancel once it was "on the way".

We've gone over this before. Fire Light is not a company. It is branding that QVC uses for several of their lab grown diamond jewelry vendors, which in turn use many sources for the stones. I don't know what this place is in New York but the jewelry may have been shipped from India to there where they put it in the Fire Light boxes. QVC is skipping a step by having them ship it to you.

IT IS RIDICULOUS ABOUT THESE EARRING ORDERS FROM TSV. IF THEY CAN'T PROMISE BY DATE THAT THEY TELL CUSTOMERS THEN BE HONEST, QVC! LET PEOPLE KNOLW THERE IS NO GUARANTEE YOU WILL GET THEM ON TIME. ITS LYING TO THE CUSTOMER AND IS VERY DECEITFUL!!

I almost bought the TSV 3 carat earrings. Shipping takes a while on everything I bought. I did have an issue over Christmas with some Christian James charms I bought. They never made it to me. I contacted CS and they sent me replacements with 2 day shipping at no extra cost.

if you ever receive your order I am curious if they live up to the hype.
