FYI One out of Three a Retread!

Received the 10.5 Limon Quartz retread J153908. I was afraid of that so don't feel sorry for me. Must have been worn since July and then returned... The sizing bar is so scratched. I wouldn't even accept one like it from over there. Very obvious it had been worn to death. I don't know why Q doesn't sell it "as is". Then I wouldn't have bought it. It was almost $150 with shipping and tax. Yuck! Now I'm waiting on two more rings(one's a gift) and a bracelet. Some of the retailers will only let you return if the tag is still attached or if a tag is attached on garments???
