Well now, there is a second celebrity doing Invicta watches besides Eva Langoria.  Enter Gabrielle Union.....with a few for Invicta.

Who are these people who are buying and wearing these huge watches?  I hardly ever see anyone around here even wearing a watch anymore.

The only time I wear one is when I go jogging or riding my bike so I can see when I need to turn around and go home!  Even then, I just wear the smallest watch I can find to fit my tiny wrist.

I told someone not long ago that watches are going out of style.  People accessorize with their cell phones.  They wear them instead of a clutch and the clock is right there.

@2blonde ME.  No seriously I got mine about 10 to 12 years ago off of what was then ShopNBC for about $68.00 and came with three straps.  I love it but I do not wear daily since it is larger than my other watches.  I do enjoy switching out the straps with different outfits and it as held up very well.

Don't understand why they have days filled with back-to-back shows!

@beckyb1012  I bet you have the baby lupah?  Yes, I have one of those with the extra straps (I also paid $68), but it's so big and uncomfortable that I gave up wearing it.

Yep, that is the one.  I had to get a new battery for it recently and not worn for months.  My brother bought me for my birthday back in 1997 a Gucci and that is my main watch.  20 years of almost daily wear is a wonderful review.

Just a way for celebrities to make some easy cash.  I don't think they have a darn thing to do with the watch other than promote it.  Fans want to be like them so they purchase for that reason alone.  They feed off each other.

Believe it or not there are many people who are still not permanently attached to their cell phones. I usually have one somewhere in a small purse but I don't want to go digging for it just to find out what time it is - and it's usually not turned on anyway. I always wear a watch when I go out. And I don't think there would be hours of watch programs if they weren't selling.

@froggy, I agree.  I'm certainly not one of the ones permanently attached to their cell phone.  I use my phone to make calls.  Despite the fact that where I live, most folk don't wear watches and rely on their cell phones for telling time is just indicative of their desire not to wear a watch.
