I have an ankle bracelet that I no longer wear. I decided to take it to a local jewelry store along with some other jewelry and sell it. The jewelry store would not buy it because they said the clasp was 14k gold, but the bracelet was gold plated. I was shocked. I purchased it as 14k gold. I have EternaGold bangles and I have been happy with them and wear them often. Has anyone else had the same experience? Needless to say, I was disappointed. I am going to contact Customer Service, but I don't know if they will do anything about it.
