Unless things have changed drastically, Ebay's "policy" on reasonable shipping was to assess fees on shipping as well as merchandise, taking away the inducement to pad shipping.  The PO isn't getting the majority of that $37.00, the seller is.

@depglass  Would that high price of postage include insurance? For Eterna Gold items, I'd think a seller would be smart to insure the small package.
