I ordered the TSV Diamonique Tennis Bracelet a week ago and could not wait to get it. The mailman dropped the box off today - I ordered 2 - one silver and one rose gold.
I opened the sealed box and thought - wow - the inside box felt very light. Opened the box and the velvet pouch inside is totally empty! My heart sank. The bracelets were almost $100 each with tax/shipping. The silver one was fine. The rose gold is no where to be found.
I immediately called customer service and without hesitation - the associate replied stating a new rose gold bracelet would be sent to me. That is really great service. I would have been out $100. Thank goodness they were able to help.
I appreciate QVC's attention to the customer as well.

That's great to hear. I've never had a problem with QVC's customer service, but I've never had a problem that I've had to contact them about either. Only ever had a problem with customer service from one ebay seller years ago. I ordered a piece of jewelry (a gold pendant), my bank account was charged, but nothing ever came in the mail. When I contacted him, he got ugly with me and accused me of really getting the first one and wanting to get a second one for free. After getting ugly back and forth, I finally said, "Okay, keep my $50. You obviously need it more than I do." Less than a week later it showed up in the mail.

I have had something similar happen to me and they were very kind and responsive. I got my item in record time. And I also might add I had an open box with nothing in it because someone at our local post office was dipping into packages and sealing them back up. They did catch the person but it was a real problem until they were caught.

The Q customer service is great about that. I had the same thing happen to me with a pair of diamonique earrings a few years ago. When I opened the package there was nothing in there. I called customer service and they immediately sent out another pair of earrings. I don't know whether it happened at the Post Office or at the warehouse, but I suspect it was someone at the post office. This is one area where QVC definitely gets a pat on the back. Enjoy your bracelets.

I too have had enough "bad" experiences with other companies on returns due to quality or sizing, etc. And pretty rude customer service rep's.
But one thing for sure - the Q is top notch. I have been shopping since day one on QVC and they stand behind what they sell. I think that goes a long way. And keeps me comfortable in purchasing with confidence.

I agree that QVC CS is top notch. You never know how good a company is until you have a problem.

I had that happen a very long time ago with earrings sent USPS that never showed up. They replaced them no problem after 10 days.

I had the same thing happen with me. I ordered a multi-gemstone bracelet that was over two hundred, and when I checked the tracking on the package it said my bracelet had been delivered, but I did not receive it. I contacted customer service and they asked me to wait a week to see if the package showed up. It did not. So, I called back and they were very polite and asked me if I wanted a replacement, or a refund. I asked for and received a refund. A week after that a neighbor dropped off my package. It was delivered to the wrong address, and my neighbor was also expecting a package from QVC. So, I ended up returning it. But it does make me more likely to try an item and order again, when there is such helpful customer service.
