EasyPay Offers

I have often read in the posts about easy pay offers that some Q customers recieve and others do not. I am a donotter!!!!

Besides the one time the Q stated if you purchase this weekend, you can have an easy pay to use between such and such dates (I remember doing this two Thanksgivings ago), I have never gotten an additional easy pay offer to use at my discretion.

How do you get them? I want to make a hefty purchase and need the easypay to take the sting out of it.
