Easy Pay On Request Email

For the first time in a long time, I got an email for an easy pay, one now, one after December 31st. But I'm wondering why it's no longer web based, and you have to call it in. I shop online all the time, lots of special offers from VS , Yankee etc. and never have to call them. Nice to get sent the offer, but too bothersome to use for me.
