EVER DEALT WITH ULTRAFINE SILVER CUST SERVICE?

I have several pieces of Ultrafine, but want to contact their Customer Service about an issue.   

 

Have you ever dealt with them?

Great question. UltraFine Silver is a trademark of QVC. QVC has licensed two companies to produce UltraFine Silver jewelry since it was introduced 25 years ago. Which UltraFine Silver pieces are you referring to? The 1997-2003 version of UltraFine Silver (.999 silver) came from Rhode Island with a manufacturer's limited lifetime warranty.

The new version of UltraFine Silver (.950 silver) from 2007-present is made by Milor of Italy. They have a contact form on their website (https://milor.com/pages/contacts) but I would suggest direct messaging Patycja Kozdra (@patrycja.jewels) on Instagram for what she says you should do, as she represents the company for QVC.
