ETERNA GOLD QUESTION PLEASE

I was on waitlist for the 16 inch snake chain.. Well it finally came in except its not 16 inches its 18 inches and when I click on the link under my order status it takes me right to the 18 inch.. They don't even have a 16 inch listed..Is it possible they sent me the wrong length or do Eterna chains run bigger than stated size? Thanks
