Does the Q or Ripka do repairs for brand new Flora ring with missing stones?

I was wondering if the Q or Judith Ripka's company honors their quality control and will repair a ring that comes with missing stones? I received my Turq Flora ring today and it is missing 2 of the small diamonique stones on top, without me even wearing it! I know the ring is almost sold out (waitlist only), but I was wondering if the Q can do repairs to brand new jewelry that was sent out flawed? Not very happy with quality control, or did I get a returned item?! {#emotions_dlg.sad}
