Hi! I don’t post often so not sure if anyone will reply to my question but thought I’d give it a shot. I’ve been going over my jewelry stash and have many red boxes of KJL jewelry, namely bracelets, earrings and a few necklaces. I remember wearing them when I was working and loving them. I felt they elevated my look. And the shows were wonderful, so entertaining. I think I’m going to start wearing that jewelry again. My Jackie Kennedy jewelry, too. I’ll be the spiffiest lady in the grocery store! 😀

@verone   Yes, I remember him and have some of his earrings. I also have a ton of Joan Rivers jewelry and wear all of them often. I don't wear trends and wear what I please and I agree, that this jewelry elevates an outfit and makes one spiffy!

I sure do remember Kenneth Jay Lane jewlery and his shows were always fun to watch. Had necklaces, earrings, etc., but they are all gone now.  Must have donated them at some point.  Remember his famous 3 strand pearl necklace?  Enjoy wearing your pieces.

His shows were so enjoyable.  The jewelry is timeless and you will look wonderful wearing it today.  They were right when they said the designs were timeless.  Enjoy your beautiful jewelry.

When someone would ask what QVC person you would want to have lunch with I would always say Kenneth Jay Lane and Joan Rivers!

They might have had to call 911 for me I would have been laughing so hard.  I can't imagine two more fun and smart lunch companions!

YES indeed!  Loved his shows and love his jewelry which I still have and enjoy wearing, esp his more summer looking ivory, turq and coral items.  So sad we don't have shows like his, Nolan Miller and Bob Mackie any more.  Perhaps those gentlemen designers who knew style don't exist any more OR QVC has just decided to abandon good taste and moved on to concentrating on things like bad Tik Tok, dancing around the set talking all about your family rather than giving us pertinent item information etc.  And all the clothes these days pretty much look alike, with a few exceptions.  And other than Susan Graver's affordable and nice costume jewely pieces, we don't have any of that either.  Oh well.  Nice to reminice on how it used to be!  Thanks for mentioning!

Those were such wonderful shows and I'm not much on jewelry.  Just so fun and relaxing to watch.

I love the pins/brooches from Joan RIvers, Kenneth Jay Lane, and Nolan Miller. I still wear them and display them in a clear glass shadow box on a living room table.  I look at Ebay occasionally to add to my collections.
