It is sterling silver and is older with the DQ CZ marking on it. Still hoping someone will know the item number.

If you really need to find it you might try a search of the Q's product inventory, which includes a lot of older items that are no longer available. Go to any product and click on "write a review". Scroll down to "my recommendations" and click on the Add + box. Then type "Diamonique ring" in the search. You will see lots of older items. Maybe you'll spot your ring.
