Do you think these earrings are worth this price?

J270811. I have been looking for wide but small 14k yellow hoops for a long time. I even considered Technibond. The price of gold is so high now. I'm concerned about the negative reviews on these. I don't want to pay close to $200 for earrings with thin closures that will break. k. These would be for everyday use and EP is tempting. Wwyd? Thanks!
