You might take it to  a jeweler and get the clasp fixed.  it isn't covered under the Diamonique warranty.

Yes, it is covered;  however, they may just refund your money.  the last two rings I sent in for repairs (stone fell out) they just credited my account.  It's probably cheaper for them to do that than to replace the CZ.  Makes no sense as CZs are basically glass.

I only have one.  The sone is cloudy in appearance.  I can't seem to clean it. I've had it for several years.  After reading this, I think I can return it.....
