Does anyone have this ring? Verragio diamonique sterling signature lumino set ring.

J 138985 my friend has it and loves it but she lost the middle stone. I would like to find one and maybe she can take the middle stone out to replace hers. Hers was a size 6

If you want to sell one let me know. It's no longer available on the Q. Any size if we can take out the middle stone will do.
