Oh my goodness. 37 reviews and almost everyone got the wrong ring cut or size! I think there is going to be a bunch of new "As Is" rings in the next couple weeks.

@grammarqueen @Shanus - Why would perfectly good items be marked "AS IS"? Won't they be returned to QVC stock and resold if nothing is wrong with them? Customers will be able to exchange without paying shipping. Disappointing? Of course. But, not such a big deal. And why would employees be fired? If you were in that position wouldn't you want to be properly trained on the various shapes and sizing BEFORE shipment? Have a feeling some new employees weren't prepared for the onslought of that particular item number and the many different shapes of stones available. Certainly not necessary to hire new people over 37 mistakes. In the grand scheme of things, 37 out of tens of thousands isn't very many mistakes! Get a life.

@ShanusIndeed I did. That was what prompted my reply. Found it strange that anyone would find it funny after posting that "new employees would be hired."

I think this is the fault of management.  Train people in what they are expected to do and stop the rush, rush, rush.

Re: Diamonique QVC2 Ring Fail

It wasn't just those that took the time to write a review, *every* single ring ordered in princess or heart were switched. (So if you ordered princess, you got the heart which happened to me) I got an email today that I could keep it & get the ring I ordered sent to me free of charge mid April.

Re: Diamonique QVC2 Ring Fail

I also received an email stating the correct ring will be shipped later and that I can keep the one sent in error.

Guess they figured that was the better way to go rather than having to pay for return shipping and then having to deal with all the returned merchandise.

Got the email too. I appreciate that QVC is making things right!
