In all that time, why didn't you ask Amy on her FB page?  It's open to "non FB members".

Amy's young but I doubt even she doesn't remember.  However, she may be able to view old tapes of the show and/or have her personal assistant do it for her.

Mz IiMac:  OMG, I just did it again!  Please accept my apologies.  You and all the other posters for my question must have thought I was totally dense.  Of course I meant June and not Jan.  I have been preoccupied with some medical issues my DH is going through and my mind is just tired.
