As New Yorkers say, it's not even that serious! Meaning they are taking the idea of an engagement ring too far. A dermal piercing? To me it looks like an implant.

The gal that cuts my hair had a piercing w/stud thing on her inner arm just below her wrist. She had it taken out because it kept catching on things & she was just tired of it & now has a hole there that hasn't closed for a couple of years now since she had it removed. It's obviously not an open hole, so no risk of infection, but more like a little deep divit in her skin. It looks really odd & she hates it. I told her maybe she should ask whoever did her piercing what to do about it or maybe go to a dermatologist & have them close it for her.

Oh no, not so much. These look painful and unattractive.

I'm not normally mean but this is disgusting....and if you're going to have something like this on your hand that people will stare at, please give yourself a manicure. Everything about this turns my stomach.

I think this is a bad idea. We just use our hands too much and our hands are exposed to so many things. No, just wear a regular ring, or if you want to be different, get a ring tattoo!!!

@Greeneyedlady21 Trending is the key word. It looks a tattoo and such a waste of a diamond that could be set into a beautul ring. Yep. I’m opinionated....tell it like it is. Titanium or not, there are always complications placing foreign materials under the skin or in your body.

With so many people suffering with immune system problems, why make your's work overtime? Just asking for trouble with this.
