I have never bought any of your wonderful jewelry before until the day you came to QVC with your petal bangle. Ohhh, I hardly hesitated to pick up the phone because when I saw it at midnight and saw you had brought "small" and it was beautiful sterling silver; I jumped on it. The only problem is when I got my pkg the other day (Fri. Jan. 14) your box was EMPTY! I couldn't believe it. I called Customer Service immediately and they give no explaination - NOTHING!

I can't tell you how disappointed I was to look through the empty box. Your box is very pretty but it's not the bangle I ordered. I wanted it....I wanted your signiture inside of it, I wanted that piece that demonstrated your artistry.

I hope you hear about this cause you should know about these things. I wanted that for my birthday but guess not. THANKS QVC!
