Dawkins limited- additon blue necklace--OTO

A few people said a stone fell off this necklace. If that happens, and it's over the month allowance period, will Michael Dawkins Co fix it? Has anyone ever sent his pieces to his Co. to get fixed? The necklace was $240 on clearance but that's still alot of money if a stone falls out and you can't wear it again! My necklace looks fine, but I don't know if a stone will fall out later.
