I spent $90 on two items, the byzantine bracelet and matching hoop earrings. On the earrings I saved $2 and on the bracelet I saved $5 for a whopping total of a $7 savings, which did not even cover the shipping. That is basically a 7% savings {#emotions_dlg.glare}. I can't say if Kohls or anyone else had a 7% off sale I would go rushing out of the house to go. {#emotions_dlg.rolleyes}
