Climber Earrings

Do you think these earrings will stay in place given they don't have a post? I wonder if they will slide out of place because of the hook.

I received them today and they DO NOT stay in place! Going back tomw.

No, they don't stay up unless you have the proper cartilage ridge for them to catch on. One the the hosts made the mistake of trying them on-air, and couldn't make them stay because her ear was too smooth. Of course, she blamed "not having a mirror" to see what she was doing, but I could see exactly what the problem was. I can't believe they would even sell these things.
