You may want to call customer service to see if it might be covered by the dmq warranty for repair.

Thanks for the photo - you can see the line of Diamonique that I inadvertently turned into "openwork." That's where it bent in half. That would never have happened with gentle pressure - my bad.

Thanks, all, for the empathy!

Oh as soon as I started reading your post I knew what happen and I kept saying oh no. I'm so sorry. But just something came to me dmq products are guaranteed by qvc I'm wondering if you call cs.

Tell them the dmq came out maybe they would reset with new stones. Just depends on how bad the bend is. Worth a try/call.

Well, my daughter did that same thing to the little sister cuff except it DID break in half.

Re: Cautionary Tale (don't do this)

Sorry that happened to you, that is very disappointing. I always squeeze my cuffs because the size small is just a bit to tight and the medium spins on my wrist. I seem to be in between sizes. Unfortunately I also broke a cuff in half that had pave work in the center. I had just received it and had taken it out of the package. It was the cuff that has pave pink sapphires with black rhodium. I couldn't believe how silly I was to try to bend that cuff. But I was also shocked that it just cracked so easily. I took a chance and sent it back because it was expensive. I was refunded. I've given up on cuffs because of the sizing issue I have. Maybe customer service will accept a return for your purchase. I'm not sure if you would be able to replace your cuff. What ever you decide, best luck to you!
